Online sessions are conducted via video calls on Google Meets for convenience and accessibility. I will provide you with the link before our first session.

Individual sessions are one hour long and couples therapy sessions are usually longer, depending on the needs of each couple.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a chance to get to know each other and see how therapy might feel for you. I’ll explain a bit about how I work, answer your questions, and start exploring what you’d like support with and how we can best approach it together.
